Your account and data are protected with industry-standard security measures. For every tool you use, we're transparent about where your content goes.
Transparent Data Flow
PrepSub brings together carefully curated third-party AI tools for your academic work in a single panel. When you use a tool, only the content relevant to that request is sent to that tool's own provider, solely to deliver the service you asked for. PrepSub does not use your content to train its own models.
Encrypted Communication and Storage
All connections between you and the platform are encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. Sensitive data tied to your account — API keys, OAuth connection details, and the like — is stored encrypted with AES-256 in the database; your password is never stored in plain text.

We Don't Train Our Own Model
Your content is processed solely to deliver the service you requested — never used by PrepSub to train its own models.

Your password is stored hashed; your session cookies are protected with secure (HttpOnly) settings. If your account is blocked, your access is automatically terminated within a short time.
Abuse Protection
The platform is continuously monitored against automated attacks and abuse through IP-based rate limiting and blocking mechanisms.

PrepSub is a hub of AI tools: each tool's request is sent only to that tool's own provider, solely to deliver the service you asked for. No content is shared for any other purpose or with an undisclosed third party.
Personal Data Protection (KVKK)
Your personal data is processed in accordance with Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698). If you have questions about how your data is processed, you can contact our support team.
Encrypted Storage
Sensitive data tied to your account — API keys, OAuth tokens, and the like — is protected in the database with AES-256 encryption; these keys are never displayed in plain text, even in the admin panel.
Continuously Monitored Provider Health
The error and availability status of every AI provider we integrate with is monitored centrally; when an issue is detected, the relevant team is notified immediately.
