Is there a usage limit?

No separate quota or daily usage cap is applied beyond your credits; you can spend the credits you purchase on any tool, at any pace. Credits are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. Users who access the platform under an institutional subscription do not purchase credits; their usage terms are set by their institution's agreement.

Does my package auto-renew?

No. Our system does not have an auto-renewal feature. When your package expires, no further charges will be made to your credit card; if you wish to continue access, you need to purchase a new package.

What is your refund policy?

Since PrepSub services are digital and instantly accessible content, no refunds are provided for purchased packages.

What happens when my usage period expires?

When the purchased package period ends, the assigned rights expire. To continue performing analyses, you can renew your credits by purchasing one of the current packages.

Is there a student or academic discount?

Our prices are standard and accessible for all individual users. For university-wide free access options, please contact your library.
