If your institution has a PrepSub subscription, you will automatically be included in the institutional plan when you register with your institutional email address. Under the campus access model, all students and academic staff can access all portal tools without a separate license or individual payment. Yes. Every tool in the PrepSub portal is meticulously evaluated and approved by our expert editorial team with academic usage standards in mind. Tools are selected based on criteria including academic ethics, data security, and ease of use. The collection is regularly updated to include new and reliable tools.

No. Your uploaded documents and research data are used solely to provide the requested service. PrepSub does not use your data to train AI models or share it with third parties. All data is transmitted with SSL/TLS encryption and stored on secure servers.

In panel tools that support file uploads (e.g. document Q&A, plagiarism/AI-detection tools), you can upload files in PDF, DOCX, DOC, and TXT formats. The maximum file size is limited to 50 MB. Supported formats and size limits may vary by tool; check the specific tool's page for details.
