PrepSub collects and processes account information, content you submit to or generate through integrated AI tools, and usage records generated while using the platform.

2. Data Usage and Academic Confidentiality

Uploaded articles are processed solely for the purpose of generating analysis reports. These documents are not used in publicly available datasets or shared with third parties without the user's explicit consent.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

Articles that have completed analysis can be automatically deleted from our servers or archived based on user preference. Users can delete all their academic data under the 'Right to Be Forgotten'.

4. Third-Party Processors

Secure cloud infrastructures and third-party AI providers may be used to deliver the platform's tools. PrepSub requires its partners to commit to the confidentiality and protection of user data.

5. Security Measures

Due to the sensitivity of unpublished scientific work, data is protected with end-to-end encryption. Access logs are regularly audited.

6. User Rights

You have the right to access, correct, restrict processing, and request your data in a portable format.
